Cold morning… warm hearts 🤍

Spent the morning offering chair massage at The Tomorrow Fund’s Annual Stroll, supporting children with cancer and their families.

There’s something so powerful about coming together like this—
to walk, to support, to heal in whatever way we can.

So grateful to share my work in a space that truly matters.

We don’t talk about this part enough…

I feel like most people only share the good parts of life… the wins, the happy moments, the things that look put together.

But real life isn’t like that.

There are heavy days. Days that take everything you’ve got just to get through. Days where you’re doing the work behind the scenes—healing, praying, grounding yourself, just trying to stay steady.

We don’t always talk about that part.

But that’s the part I see every day.
In my work… and in my own life.

That’s where the real growth happens.

So today I’m celebrating me anyway.
