So… I tried to cut my finger off this past weekend. I won’t be adding any additional adjustments this week (maybe next too), but I will fill any spots with acupuncture! Good news though, Dr. Austin is able to pick up the ball I’m dropping!

She just finished today! 60 days of diet drops, shakes to heal the gut, and 12 infrared light sessions. She's down 5.9 inches between 3 measurements in the torso. Her metabolic age went from 68 to 65.

The giving tree is up! The Smithton Commercial-Club does a fabulous job putting this together and asking the teachers which families could use some extra help for the holidays.

I started this program 6 weeks ago, and my body age went from 33 (my actual age) to 29! I’m down 6 pounds, with 3.55 of that being fat loss. I wanted to do this to know what my patients would be going through, and I’ve become a lot more confident in myself. 2 weeks left of the program! Then I’m eating/drinking around the world at Epcot 😂
