🌸✨ Local Learners Fun Day! ✨🌸

Today was extra special! Ms. Kandi from Golden Bloom Co. came to visit and taught our students how to make their very own flower arrangements! 💐🌼

Our sweet students then shared their creations with residents at NHC, brightening their day with love and kindness. 💛

We finished the morning with playtime at the park 🌳 and a yummy stop at Dairy Queen 🍦—the perfect way to end such a fun-filled day!

🌟 What Does a Wednesday at Local Learners Look Like? 🌟

Every Wednesday is packed with fun, learning, and adventure!

Here’s a peek at our day together:

🕘 9:00 AM – Drop-Off Fun Begins!
Doors open at 8:50 AM, and the fun starts right away! Hands-on activities will be waiting to welcome your little learner!

✝️ 9:15 AM – Chapel & Bible Time
We’ll gather in the Worship Center for a sweet Bible lesson and a fun activity that helps us grow in faith and love.

🔬 9:45 AM – STEM Adventures
Using a story or book, we’ll dive into a hands-on STEM project! From building bridges to creating cool science experiments, it’s all about exploring, imagining, and discovering.

🍎 10:15 AM – Snack Time
Let’s take a break, refuel, and chat with our friends!

🛠️ 10:30 AM – Life Skills
We’ll learn real-world skills like baking, cooking, and even how to air up a tire—plus, we’ll get to meet special guests from our community!

🏃 11:15 AM – Active Play!
It’s time to MOVE! We’ll play fun games like Gaga ball, have jump rope contests, go fishing, and so much more!

💛 Throughout the year, we’ll also enjoy special field trips, service projects, and explore all the amazing things our community has to offer!
