Gearing up for this winter weather means all things comfy and cozy! ❄️ A little winter weather now means we need something a little extra to look forward to next week! 🤩

We're kicking off our new monthly theme days with ✨ COZY SLIPPER DAY!! ✨

As a reminder, we will continue to monitor the weather and announce cancellations/closures as necessary! Stay safe and stay warm! 📣

Using a visual schedules is a great way to create more ease in daily routines by providing clear expectations and communication! 🗣️

✨Helpful Hint ✨: Sprinkle in your child’s preferred activities during non-preferred tasks asked of them!

For example, if your child struggles with their bedtime routine you could create a schedule with them that looks like this for the evening:

1. Brush teeth 🪥
2. Play with dry erase markers on the mirror 🪞
3. Put on pajamas 👕
4. Read their favorite book 📕

Including your child in building a schedule is always a great idea as it creates autonomy- try allowing them to pick from a few of the choices you have laid out when it comes to making a plan for morning play time, homework time, bedtime routine, etc 🩵💚

We wanted to share that MOVE Inclusive Dance in Nashville will be hosting a Sensory-Friendly Santa this holiday season.

This is a wonderful option for families looking for a calm, supportive, and inclusive environment to meet Santa. We wanted to pass along the opportunity to any of our families who may be interested. See their post for details. ❤️

We’re thrilled to offer free, private photo sessions with our Sensory Santa, specially trained to support individuals of all abilities for a calm, joyful, stress-free visit. A big shout-out to for providing free photos for everyone who attends!
