Hey guys! I’ve had a couple people tell me that MassageBook is giving them a hard time when booking, if that happens (these have been weeks apart so idk if it’s been a common issue or glitches here & there) please shoot us a text: 615-625-5061 & we can still get you booked manually.

Also, huge, HUGE thank you for all the support with our choice to go cardless. I haven’t had not a single person gripe or complain about it & my people pleaser heart is so thankful for that because WHEW that was a tough change to make but I think for us it was very necessary.

Six years ago we took such a large blind leap of faith. We signed a one year lease without absolutely any idea how to run a business.

You see, as a little girl or even a young adult, I never had the dream of being a “Boss Babe” or to own my own business. I never hoped & dreamed of being my own boss. I was VERY content being an employee. Actually I loved the place I was working at the time!

But we did it. We tell our story so often in hopes that others know you CAN! We are truly a “started from the bottom now we’re here” story! We didn’t know anyone when we moved to TN.

I mean we had 2 friends but they were busy with their own lives.
We didn’t grow up here.
We didn’t have roots here.
We didn’t have a community here waiting for us to come home.

We opened this business with ZERO people waiting to get on our tables. We opened this business with ZERO experience. We opened this business with ZERO ideas of if or how we would survive. We would play over so many scenarios in our heads in hopes of success.

I think success would be a massive understatement! Our business has gifted us so much:
A community
So many friends
Friends who became family
Frienemies 🤣
Freedom
Flexibility
The ability to raise our boys

Six years sounds like an eternity while also feeling like a blink of an eye in the same moment.

Fresh Start Massage Therapy has meant so much to me as an adult & really shows the strength & ability to turn an idea into my reality.

Helllooooooo Fresh Start Friends & Family!!

It’s savings time but also get your tissues ready!!! Just over a year ago military friends of mine (Tab) were hit with the heavy news of their son having cancer, specifically sarcoma.

Unfortunately cancer won that battle. My heart cannot fathom their loss & the pain they must feel on a daily basis. With that being said they’ve created Gabriel’s Gift Foundation to honor their son’s name & be a help to other families facing the same battle they faced. I have watched them over the last year or so with so much admiration in my heart but what can anyone do in that situation? I have LOVED watching them keep Gabriel’s name alive & when they got Gabriel’s Gift Foundation up & running it was a no brainer to me!

Now typically when we do these types of specials they’re smaller items & we offer a $10 discount but instead we will be offering half off of a 30 or 60 min massage through the end of the month if you donate to the blanket drive!! I will post the link below to the Amazon wishlist as well as in the comments.

Even if you’re not in the market for a massage at the moment, please consider donating still, these babies deserve it!

I’ve been slacking (Tab) pretty good here lately 😅 I’m trying to fine tune the work/life balance so my apologies!

With that being said, I know Nurse Appreciation Week, Teacher Appreciation Week & Law Enforcement Appreciation Week have recently passed. I always find out too late 🤦‍♀️ the dates on these. My loss, your gain 😁

Gooooood morning Fresh Start Friends & Family!!!

It’s been quiet lately, sorry we’ve been super busy! Just a few announcements/reminders.

As of Feb 1st we hit our FIFTH Anniversary y’all!! As each year passes, I am amazed that we are still rockin & rollin! As most of you know, starting our business was a decision we made quickly & we’ve never looked back! We are so thankful & so blessed for all that yall do to support our small business! This has been 5 years of learning & busting our butts, but more importantly it’s been 5 years of laughs, helping people heal, friendships & creating a close knit community! We CONSTANTLY brag on our clients, yall are seriously what keeps us going. Our name may be in that door, but it’s YOU who keeps the door open! We love & appreciate y’all so much!!
