Too often, we feel like if we don’t do it “PERFECTLY,” then it’s not even worth doing. But let me remind you today: Progress is the goal, not perfection.

Whether it’s drinking more water, doing 10 squats instead of 0, walking for 15 minutes, or finally trying that strength training workout, I want you to know that those small steps count.

Your journey is YOURS and comparing yourself to anyone else steals your joy. Instead of aiming for flawless, aim for CONSISTENCY. Aim for STRENGTH. Aim for BETTER THAN YESTERDAY.

When it comes to transforming your body and boosting your health, one of the biggest mistakes people make is trying to be perfect. But here’s the truth: you don’t need perfection, you need CONSISTENCY.
