“Slow” Metabolism? 🐢
Did you know that your “Metabolism” is actually made up of more than 10 different hormones, all of which stem from your digestive tract?
When you use the correct foods as fuel to ignite the hormonal cascade that makes up your metabolism, your body uses the nutrients as energy (so called “fast metabolism”) instead of storing them for later as fat (so called “slow metabolism”)
Did you know that there are simple things that can be done to “speed up” our metabolisms such as the speed or order that we eat our foods? 🤔
When you learn to eat to “fuel” your body, the gut stays happy….hormones stay regulated…..and the mind and body start to function as they should!🙌🏻
