Some qigong warm ups to do prior to doing a set sequence of qigong like the 8 Brocades. By set sequence, I mean you do the exact same movements in the same order every time you practice I often teach five element qigong where the routine isn’t fixed and it’s often different each class so some of these movements would be used at the beginning of the class to clear stagnant and turbid qi before moving on to the growing, circulating, and integrating qi segments of the flow routine.
