Dear Socorro Community
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of COUNTRY LIVING RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILTY. This message is significant not only for the facility but for all of you who have been a part of our journey. The decision to close has not been taken lightly, and it comes after careful consideration of keeping the business sustainable.
Since our inception, Country Living has strived to achieve excellence and innovation in our field. We have celebrated numerous milestones together, after launching a groundbreaking business in 2019 and serving community families through January 31, 2025. The achievement would not have been possible without the tireless support and dedication of our incredible team, our customers, and the support of family, many friends, and the 33 residents and their families who trusted us with their care during the last 6 years.
To our employees, we extend our deepest gratitude for your hard work and commitment. Your passion and perseverance have been the backbone of our success. We understand the impact this closure will have on your lives.
To our valued community members that supported our vision, thank you for believing in us and for your unwavering support. We recognize the trust you have had in us and hope we provided a smooth transition for you.
As we reflect on the impact and legacy of COUNTRY LIVING RESIDENTIAL CARE, we are filled with pride for what we have accomplished together. Our journey has been marked by innovation and dedication. Our vision for expanding and providing care to the aging people of Socorro was not sustainable with the current facility and was not a supported shared vision with our neighbors in the community. We hope that the community of Socorro will support one another during the needed changes to ensure the development and success of businesses and growth for the people of Socorro.
In closing, I want to thank each and every one of you who were a part of the COUNTRY LIVING family. Your support has made a lasting impact, and I am forever grateful for the memories we have created together. Let us remember COUNTRY LIVING for its achievements and the positive change we brought to the community.
Thank you for your understanding, support, and continued connection.
Warm regards, Debbie DeMoss, RN, Owner/Administrator
