Reiki by Bridgett My name is Bridgett and I am a Master Reiki practitioner & Teacher. I have followed my love for plant medicine and alternative health since a very young age.

Reiki, A traditional Japanese technique where in the practitioner accesses the flow of energy in a person’s body thought hand placements, to improve their physical, mental and emotional health while combating stress and tension. After being guided through an awaking, I was lead to becoming a Reiki Practitioner. I am now a certified herbalist and Master Reiki Practitioner. My goal is to use the healing power of herbs in combination with Reiki to provide clients with over all wellness for the Mind, Body, and Soul.
