Ehlers-Danlos syndrome is so much more than “being bendy”. With 13 different subtypes EDS is a complex systemic diagnosis that is often misunderstood and overlooked.

🏋️‍♂️ Safe Snow Shoveling: Protect Your Body!

Before you start:

✅ Warm up muscles with light stretching
✅ Wear layers, good grip boots
✅ Use an ergonomic shovel with curved handle

Shoveling technique:

💪 Push snow instead of lifting when possible
💪 Bend knees, keep back straight
💪 Lift small amounts, avoid twisting
💪Switch sides to balance muscle work

🛑 Stop if you feel:
Chest pain
Shortness of breath
Muscle strain
