Rain tapping the windows. A cozy blanket. A warm drink. And a quiet moment with the people you miss most…

The days around Memorial Day can feel a little heavier, a little softer, a little more reflective. Today is the perfect day to open your Letters To My Loved One journal and say the things sitting on your heart. The updates. The memories. The “I wish you were here for this” moments.

Because love doesn’t end when someone is no longer earth side , sometimes it just looks like handwritten conversations on rainy afternoons.

Your loved one may be gone from sight, but they are never absent from your story. Grab your journal, get cozy, and let yourself connect.

Unhinged at its finest. This journal is your place to let it all out. We’re blasting everyone… coworkers, neighbors, family members, that crazy girl (you know the one), the stranger who flipped you off in morning traffic, nothing is off limits.

Talk your sh*t without regret, judgement, or the horrors of accidentally texting the wrong person. Honestly? Everyone deserves a notebook that lets them be a little unhinged in peace.

If you need a safe place to vent, overshare, or dramatically narrate your life like a reality show confessional, grab your own at the link in my bio.

Your weekly journal prompts are here.

7 prompts for the week ahead.
7 chances to pause, reflect, and check in with yourself.

You don’t have to follow the days perfectly.
Skip around. Start where you need. Come back when you’re ready. This is your time for YOU.

This week we’re reflecting on growth, emotional safety, small moments of joy, and the version of ourselves we’re becoming.

Save this for the week ahead and let me know in the comments, which prompt are you starting with first?

Did you journal today?

Just a little midweek reminder that your daily prompts for this week are already up and waiting for you whenever you’re ready.

No pressure to be caught up. No need to follow the days perfectly. Pick one. Start there.

As promised, your daily journal prompts are back!

Starting this week, I’ll be sharing 7 journal prompts every Sunday for the week ahead (Sunday through Saturday) all in one post.

Use them at your own pace, in your own order. Skip around, come back later, or sit with just one. There’s no right way to do this.

This is your time for YOU! So take what you need and leave the rest.

What kind of prompts are you hoping to see more of…thought provoking, silly creative writing, self reflection? Tell me in the comments!

Spring has a way of asking us to take an honest look at what we’re carrying.

Not everything we’ve held onto was meant to come with us into this next season.

Some things were necessary for survival…
but not for growth.

Lately, I’ve been thinking about how quiet this kind of transformation really is. It’s not always a big, dramatic reset. Sometimes it looks like outgrowing old patterns,
releasing expectations, or finally giving yourself permission to choose differently.

Shedding isn’t about loss, it’s about making space.
Growth isn’t always visible, but it’s always happening.
And new beginnings don’t require perfection, just willingness.

If you’re in a season of in-between… this is your reminder: you’re allowed to start again, as many times as you need.

Swipe through for journal prompts to help you reflect, release, and realign.
