I want to offer a Meditation class. 🧘♀️
FaceTime for free ! That’s my usual and money shouldn’t matter , because I want to help the local Somerset , Pa area and surrounding communities find Yoga & Pilates plus also meditation to feel the benefit of a peaceful life !
Everyone should have the opportunity no matter their finances .
I have made this a staple in my life for many years and yes it changes the way you see life and society , reality & relationships we all create our own reality make yours peaceful . No matter good or bad …let’s make it good we all have gone through stuff . I can help you to stop ruminating past regrets , past bad choices and help your mind quiet as you try to fall asleep at night . And remind you that bad people are not You …it’s them .
I can help you find yourself again , not the noise of others who have changed you .
