We went on an adventure to the wonderful Liberty Nature Center with some of our friends. While there, we worked on systematic desensitization and peer modeling related to birds, as well as compliance and flexibility in a community setting.

We are participating in the Wayne County Family Resource Center's Annual Coat Drive. In addition to children's coats, we will also be collecting adult sized coats. Please drop off any coats at our Somerset or Monticello locations.

From November 11-15, learners at LCPT participated in Safety Week, where they gained essential skills in first aid, emergency response, and safety awareness. Throughout the week, they practiced making 911 calls, engaged in various safety drills, and identified safety-related materials and alerts in the clinic, home, and community settings.
The week culminated in CPR training, where our young adults earned their CPR certifications, while younger learners also participated, gaining valuable life-saving skills. We are incredibly proud of their achievements and extend a special thank you to Jaye Mitchell for leading the training and sharing his expertise.
