Welcome to Restore and Connect Wellness! I’m StephenieAnne Richardson, but you can call me Stephenie or Steph. I'm a Clinical Nutritionist, Yoga Teacher, Gardener & Botanist, and Cannabis Educator & Plant Medicine Advocate. I offer Whole-Being Wellness Coaching and teach Restorative Lifestyle Practices. You can think of me as your personal guide, your spiritual sidekick, your encouraging entourage. After our initial consultation, I’ll create, just for you, a Personalized Nutrition and Lifestyle Plan that we will continue to build upon as our sessions progress. I’m here for you during every step of your journey without judgement. We are a team and I’ll be by your side for as long as you need me. I acknowledge and respect you for taking your first step in the journey of self-discovery. Nutrition is a vital cornerstone of preventative health and should never be considered a one-size-fits-all approach. That’s why I emphasize the power of personalized nutrition, tailored to the unique needs of your body, mind, and spirit. By collaborating with me on your wellness journey, you’ll receive nutritional guidance that is not only evidence-based but also speaks to your individual essence.

As a whole-being nutrition and restorative lifestyle practice, I am dedicated to helping you Restore and Connect your entire being. Whether you’re grappling with chronic conditions, feeling slightly out of balance despite good health, or seeking direction in making nutritional and lifestyle changes, I’m here to uplift and support you every step of the way.

Nutrition transcends just food; it encompasses everything you consciously and subconsciously consume. It includes the foods and beverages you choose, your movement and connection to nature, and the ideas and influences you allow into your life. Raw Chocolate Pie 💙❤️💙 made for a dinner date tomorrow with a friend who has celiac disease and can’t have any stone fruits which includes dates. Normally this crust is made with dates, but tonight I substituted raisins. I’m hopeful it turns out well when we slice into it tomorrow evening. I think the crust might be a bit stickier than it traditionally is, but I know it will still taste divine! A decadent and rich gluten free dessert that is always a smash! 💥

We are so exited to begin offering 3 weekly evening yoga classes to our clients. The following classes will be offered by our new yoga instructor StephenieAnne Richardson.

✨ Gentle Flow Sunday @ 6:30 pm
✨ Vinyasa Flow Monday @ 6:30 pm
✨ Yin Yoga Wednesday @ 6:30 pm

Yoga classes will fall into the group category & will be $10 per class.

Stop scrolling and list 3 things you’re grateful for in this moment.

Pause, find stillness, and allow yourself the time to gently reflect on what has been brought into your life either by your own hard work, by the grace and generosity of a giver, or maybe by some spontaneous and serendipitous event.

Take a big breath in through the nose, and big exhale sighing out the mouth. Bring a soft smile to your lips and eyes.
