Waldorf Salad:

* Ingredients:

Lettuce, apples, celery, grapes, walnuts, mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey.

* Instructions:

Core and chop apples. Slice celery. Halve grapes. In a bowl, combine chopped apples, sliced celery, halved grapes, and chopped walnuts.

In a separate bowl, place some lettuce, whisk mayonnaise, lemon juice, and honey.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently.

Tortilla Chips Salad:

* Ingredients:

Ground beef, lettuce, pinto beans, tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, tortilla chips, salsa, sour cream.

* Instructions:

Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned.

Season with taco seasoning. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, drained pinto beans, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and crushed tortilla chips.

Top with cooked ground beef.

Serve with salsa and sour cream.

* Instructions:

Chop the lettuce and arrange it on a plate.

Slice chicken, eggs, and avocado.

Crumble bacon and blue cheese. Add tomatoes.

Ingredients:

* 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
* 3 bell peppers, sliced
* 1 onion, sliced
* 2 tbsp olive oil
* Fajita seasoning
* Tortillas

Instructions:
