Next week the doors close to my most sacred retreat - Root to Heart.

The last spot was filled this weekend.

When I 1st became a coach I believed in the healing power of community.

One of the first moments as a coach was running a caregivers support group. This was a sacred space dedicated to the loved ones of patients who had a stroke, TBI, or medical diagnosis that left them with limited communication.

The patients would go with the most amazing man I’ve ever had the chance to work with Dr. John Samples and I would take their loved ones.

The magic of a healing community that was brought forth during this hour was beautiful.

Then COVID hit…

I was still devoted to the group but many of them didn’t know how to work Zoom and so the group shut down, but my devotion still remained the same.

That’s when my first support group online formed.
The Empath Support Group.

It was a community birthed from my own longing to be in a healing place with other liked minded souls. This is where the magic happened. Although it’s, changed its name many times the foundation of this community stays the same.

🦋To provide a sacred place for intuitives and spiritual souls who are wanting to be in community with like minded people.
