Why do we use MAGNESIUM CHLORIDE as opposed to magnesium sulfate (Epsom salt) in all of our magnesium herbal therapeutic creams and .roots.feet foot care? 👇
According to some reports, magnesium chloride is absorbed transdermally in just 90 seconds. The only faster way to absorb magnesium is intravenous. Transdermal magnesium doesn't make a journey through the stomach and into the small intestine to be absorbed, which may be why it acts so fast.

Magnesium CHLORIDE is more bio available than it's counterpart magnesium sulfide (Epsom salt). It's a pricier ingredient for source, but well worth it's value ♥️

👋Welcoming a few new friends, who started following along. If you haven't met me, my name is Kat, and I'm the face behind Peace Roots Apothecary.😌🌿

I have noticed in life that the good is always happening in the midst of chaos and mess, but it's hard to see the goodness, when we feel overwhelmed.

As I journey through life caring for my two boys(one with more extensive needs on the spectrum),I am learning more and more how to creatively find ways to create peace inside me and for others. 😌🌿

My experience with chronic stress, took me down the path of going to school and working as a reflexology practitioner, at .roots.feet as well as starting .roots.apothecary

The creations I make are rooted in my heart, for Peace and Healing. Not only for myself, and my own family, but also for all of you, receiving my handmade muscle relaxants or receiving stress relief at my office in Souderton for Reflexology.😌🌿
