This is a before and after of Botox treatment for hooded eyes. This is a situation where the upper eyelid hangs down, almost to the eyelashes, and covers the eyelid. Botox injections in the orbicularius oris muscle (the circular sphincter muscle of the eye) will relax it, causing it to open and reveal more eyelid. This makes it much easier to apply eye makeup, and even improves vision slightly in some cases.

The Florida sun can really do a number on the quality of your skin! It doesn’t take long to go from clear, smooth skin without brown spots (hyperpigmentation) to looking 5-10 years older when you don’t wear sunscreen and hats at the beach.
This before and after is a great example of microneedling skin resurfacing to erase brown spots and fine lines PLUS collagen building. After age 30 the collagen supply in our skin really starts going downhill, so injuring the skin with lasers, microneedling or using bio stimulant fillers (radiesse) are the only procedures to restore your supply. Whichever form of controlled injury you use to stimulate collagen production, doing it on a yearly basis is what is typically required to reverse the amount our body loses as we age.

Anyone who struggles with adult acne can appreciate this before and after. The before is late last year and the treatment plan involved monthly microneedling and diligent use of the right active ingredients in a strict skincare regimen.
Adult acne can be the result of a few things which could include stress, hormone imbalance, picking at the skin (hands have LOTS of bacteria which feed the issue), hair products transferring to face from pillowcases, etc. Together we identified the root causes, made some lifestyle adjustments and used the proper skincare routine to completely eradicate her acne breakouts. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

These are the injection pattern markers for Botox to treat sweaty palms (hyperhysrosis). The under arm area is also common for this treatment.
Botox will slow the activation of the nerve signals where it has been injected which will slow down the production of sweat. This effect will usually last 6 months, and in some cases up to a year.
No more embarrassing sweaty hand shakes or yellow underarm stains on your white tshirts!

Kybella for under chin fat dissolving before and after comparison. 4 treatments spaced 1 month apart were used for this result. Kybella is for permanent fat removal for stubborn areas of body fat collection. It is not for creating a 6-pack or losing weight. This medication is for small areas such as chin, jawline, armpit area, triceps, etc.
Kybella is made from deoxycholic acid, a substance in our bodies that destroys the fat cell membrane which releases the content into our blood stream and lymphatic system to eventually exit the body. Mild swelling is expected the following day after treatment with 4-6 treatments necessary. Results are permanent.

Hyaluronic acid is a substance your skin produces to maintain hydration. It binds to water which gives “moisture” to the skin and plumps it up. Dermal fillers contain this substance and can be placed in the skin to restore volume or fill in lines and folds.
The nasolabial fold is a line that can be formed from the base of the nose down to the mouth due to the aging process. It is a transition zone created between the active muscle of the mouth and the cheek junction. Hyaluronic acid filler can be placed here to smooth out this line. Results typically last a year with touch up appointments usually requiring much less than the initial treatment. Most common dose is 1 ml per side for the first treatment.
This procedure is not uncomfortable with minimal bruising or swelling. Patients resume their normal workout and routine the following day.
