Morning yoga outside? YES!
An invigorating practice (held outside) that integrates the breath with movement. This class balances both flowing vinyasa and holding poses for building strength, flexibility, and core stability, while honoring and fostering the deep connection of mind, body, and spirit.
There is an emphasis on fundamental principles of alignment, which can be individualized for all levels of students. The goal is for students to leave uplifted with a sense of spaciousness and strength. Inversions will occasionally be practiced in this class to each yogis level.
In case of inclement weather, this class will be inside.
