Looking for RNs LPNs with passion in wound care to do intermittent skilled nursing visits. Wound care training is offered and can be used to prepare for certification.

Patient had left hip replacement, developed arterial occlusion and ischemia, underwent emergency LLE revascularization, thrombectomy and embolectomy. Patient was in SNF for 2 months for IV antibiotics and wound care. Patient had 3 full thickness wounds ( left groin, medial and lateral LE) when we admitted her to our service. No sharp debridement performed, NPWT applied to all wounds then skin graft. It was a collaborative approach with the surgeon together with our experience and expertise that made this case a successful story!
