Tuesday 8.15β9.15 am β Hatha/Vinyasa
Blends Hatha's alignment with Vinyasa's flow, balancing mindful holds with breath-led sequences to enhance strength, flexibility and mental clarity. Unlocking your full physical and energetic potential.
Friday 8β9 am β Hatha Morning Flow β EASTER special β¨
Mix of traditional Yoga postures, learn to bring attitudes of balance, letting go, find your willpower and build resilience. Including breathing techniques and meditation.
Saturday 5.30β6.30 pm β Hatha Evening Flow
Unwind deeply with gentle poses and movements that restore balance and calm, prepare for sleeping. Connect to your innermost self and improve connection between body, mind and breath.
