Following his undergraduate degree in Spanish translation he returned to the woodwork field while pursuing and obtaining an MBA. He has fulfilled many roles in the woodwork industry: from the chop saw to scheduling and from leading a production team to estimating. He took on the role of Safety Manager in addition to process improvement to help bring needed focus to employee safety. He became a certified NSC First Aid, CPR, and AED instructor in order to help the company meet OSHA regulations in a more cost effective and convenient way. Now many years later, he has decided to help bring that convenience and cost savings to other businesses. His background in lean manufacturing and his Lean Six Sigma lets him quickly see areas of concern to focus on the most important topics.
