❄️ Happy Snow Day ❄️ If you’re out shoveling today here are some tips to save your back!

~Bend your knees to lift! Let your leg and arm muscles do the work, not your back!
~Pivot don’t twist. Turn your whole body to toss snow
~Hold shovel close to your body
~Wear layers to keep your muscles warm and flexible!
~Take breaks

We’re open today until 5! If shoveling snow hurt your back, come in for an adjustment!
