Surrounded by clients I’ve worked with for years, those I’ve worked with for only months, friends, family, and complete strangers, I had my first author talk and book signing.

Words can’t express what it was like to share my message with a packed room, sharing stories of yo-yo dieting and the solution for women to overcome it through a book I wrote.

The weeks of anticipation and preparation for this moment was a journey I’d 100% do over and over again!

Thank you to all who came, and thank you for all the encouragement even if you couldn’t make it!

It’s crazy I actually FEEL the way this photo looks.

Never thought I’d do a bo***ir photo shoot but this photo (and other saucy ones 😉) marked my health journey without a scale for 5 years.

You can stop yo-yo dieting and learn to trust yourself. Your body. Your food.

Loving your body starts with loving yourself.

I learned this the hard way by dieting out of self-loathing for 20 years. 30-day plans, gym memberships, Weight Watchers, diet pills, juice cleanses, calorie restrictions, macro counting, fasting…all in the name of weight loss.

One day after stepping on the scale for the thousandth time, I was over it. I had just gone through another failed January. It was March. And all my weight was pouring back on.

I asked myself, what do I have to gain in my life by making lasting changes instead of how much weight can I lose by fad dieting again?

That’s when I created my no plan B commitment to myself.

I knew that a diet was a temporary fix, not a long-term solution.

So I devoted my time, passion, and energy to learning how to do things differently, and creating a program for other women who want the same.

You can have what I have—stable weight, soaring energy, consistency, and self-confidence—for years and years to come.

I had a powerful coaching call and tapping session with a client yesterday about trust. She thought that the reason she has always defaulted to counting and tracking food was because she was a numbers person. Data driven.

It turns out, actually, that she needed the numbers because she didn’t trust herself to do the right thing without doing that.

And yet, here she was. Thinking it would work this time. If she just had enough willpower…

But it wasn’t willpower. It was trust.

Trusting that she had the power, not the numbers.

So many of us have the limiting belief that we must count in order to get results.

It’s simply not true.

We’ve been taught we need systems to release weight. We actually need to stop relying on systems and start relying on ourselves. I know that can be scary… because we don’t trust we can do it.

But if I can, you can.

I’m so glad you’re here and I can’t wait to see her next breakthrough!
