Surrounded by clients I’ve worked with for years, those I’ve worked with for only months, friends, family, and complete strangers, I had my first author talk and book signing.

Words can’t express what it was like to share my message with a packed room, sharing stories of yo-yo dieting and the solution for women to overcome it through a book I wrote.

The weeks of anticipation and preparation for this moment was a journey I’d 100% do over and over again!

Thank you to all who came, and thank you for all the encouragement even if you couldn’t make it!

It’s crazy I actually FEEL the way this photo looks.

Never thought I’d do a bo***ir photo shoot but this photo (and other saucy ones 😉) marked my health journey without a scale for 5 years.

You can stop yo-yo dieting and learn to trust yourself. Your body. Your food.

Step 1: Get off the scale.
