Frustrated with (gestures wildly) everything, Dad & Miss Peggy staying with me for a vacation, full days, cat-screaming-filled nights. I screwed up on the dinner order and forgot rice (how could I!) and neatly had a meltdown. My 88 year old dad reminded me to breathe. Took my hand. “Take a deep breath.”

It was only rice.

Nightmares back. *sigh*. It’s my own damn fault. Toggling between videos purporting children are being trafficked in containers and bonobo monkeys. Maybe I need to refresh my algorithm.

Still going steady with my morning practice. I don’t think we’re breaking up anytime soon, but having house guests for 2 weeks might challenge me more than I can guess.
