My daughter and I ran the today 🐎✨ It was more than just a race — it was a reminder that showing up for your health can be fun & empowering.

This run reminded me how important it is to make time for your health as a family. Whether it’s lacing up for a 5K, taking a walk after dinner, or choosing nourishing foods together — these little moments add up.

👩‍👧‍👦 For parents: You don’t have to do it perfectly — just consistently.
💪 For my weight loss warriors: Movement doesn’t have to be punishment. It can be fun, freeing, and something your future self will thank you for.

The energy, the movement, the memories — it all reminded me why I’m so passionate about what I do.

One highlight I had to share — I stopped by a booth featuring the Healthy Eating Plate Guide, and I knew it was something worth bringing back to this space.
