Went back to Downeast School of Massage this past weekend where my massage career story began. Learning new skills to better help my clients. This is just the basics and I am excited to continue my learning into this fascinating modality. It was such a great weekend spending time with a great friend,
meeting new people and seeing old classmates and instructors as well as engaging my mind into something new. This was also a good healing weekend for me too as I’ve been struggling with some mental health stuff 💗 thank you Megan Stilwell Nancy W. Dail Emily Waltz

Yum 😋 checked out this new smoothie bowl place that just opened in downtown Biddeford. Yummy! They really know how to do a smoothie bowl! Met the owner Sal. What a nice guy and the staff as well. So many amazing choices. Had a hard time deciding. I went with the Archer. I’ll definitely be back to try the other yummy options ☺️
