Set at the base of Mt. Katahdin in Stacyville, Maine, these thoughtfully curated weekends blends therapeutic bodywork, gentle movement, and the grounding presence of nature.

Throughout the weekend, everything is included, so you can fully let go of planning and simply be.

who we are & what we do

Opening our doors the fall of 2015, Southern Maine Massage & Wellness has become Maine's premier personal wellness center and massage therapy co-op.

Who are we? Well, we were inspired by the idea that massage therapists and providers who share in the creation, dedication and hard work of running a wellness practice could also share in ideas, client care and responsibility. We run our practice a little differently than other massage businesses and spas as each of our massage therapists and technicians are equally invested in the success of our wellness center.

We have built a reputation for providing professional services, a comfortable atmosphere that ensures relaxation and the kind of massage, bodywork and facial care that is valuable, memorable and exceptional.
