The Empowered Motherhood Experience is a free virtual 5-week parenting education series starting January 6th at 6:30 PM sponsored by Newport News Department of Human Services.

This supportive space helps moms build confidence, reduce stress, practice self-care, and strengthen their connection with their children. Participants may attend as many or as few sessions as they'd like.

This series is perfect for moms who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply need encouragement and practical tools to improve their overall wellbeing.
