Did you know YOU can help save a life without mouth-to-mouth?
Hands-only CPR is simple, effective, and anyone can do it.

👐 What is it?
Just chest compressions—no breaths. Push hard and fast in the center of the chest.

⏱ How?
✔️ Call 911
✔️ Push hard and fast to the beat of Stayin’ Alive (100–120 compressions per minute)
✔️ Don’t stop until help arrives!

You don’t need to be certified to make a difference—just willing to act. 💪🏾

At his sister’s graduation, a young man performed CPR on his mother after she collapsed. Though she didn’t survive, his courage gave her a chance—and he can live with the fact he did everything he could do in that terrifying moment.

A lot of work places aren't accepting Red Cross CPR Certifications anymore. Our classes are American Heart Association authorized. Confirm with your work place before you get your CPR Certification.
ALSO, take your receipt to the HR department and they will sometimes refund you your money! 💵
