Any how you choose to blend Ogbono seed don’t forget that the seed is an oil seed. About 60% of the seed is oil. Ogbono can be part of a healthy diet and can be eaten to lose weight if you control how it is cooked and eat a moderate portion.

I just finished my workout now and it feels so good. Don’t forget sweating during a workout is not an indicator of a good workout or increased fat loss. Exercise causes your body to heat up, sweating helps cool your body down.

Do you rest your broth before using it? Most people struggle to lose weight and keep it off because of these little things. Picture four gives a clearer picture of how much oil the broth in picture one and two contains. The next time you want to use your meat stock to cook, remember to drain the oil before using it. Excess fat intake is not healthy even if it comes from a healthy source.
