To those for whom the mother relationship is strained, complicated, or painful…
May there be peace for you today. May your heart be at ease. May love make its way home to you and hold you close. 💕💕

In times of crisis, trauma, and loss, we yearn for ways to help those we love who are in pain, shock, and grief. We can't "fix it," despite our sometimes desperate need to ease the suffering. We can't take away the pain. But what we CAN do is help them bear it--help our loved ones walk the road. And we can walk with them until the light returns.

Signs come anywhere, anytime—often in the most unexpected places. When we let our loved ones connect with us in ways that work for and make sense to them, amazing, beautiful, or sometimes downright silly things happen. 💕
Case in point: Today I ran up to the market to pick up a few Father’s Day things. At the checkout, the bagger found a sticker on the counter and asked, “Hey, you don’t want a pickle sticker, do you?” I laughed. My dad was known as Mr. Pickle. And here sits Mr. Pickle himself.
Good one, Dad. 🥒👴😂😜 Happy Father’s Day.
Look for the signs, friends! They’re all around you. 💜
