This is a wonderful "mantra"-- a meaningful phrase, sentence or group of sounds which one can repeat to help focus the mind during meditation, breathing practice (pranayama), yoga, or to re-center during the day. Love this one, and I share it with my prenatal yoga students regularly. :)
