Tart-sweet apples sautéed with fragrant cinnamon sit atop creamy Greek yogurt, finished with crunchy nuts and oats for texture and lasting energy. Perfect for busy mornings, post-practice fuel, or a comforting snack, this bowl brings seasonal comfort without sacrificing nutrition.

Autumn Apple-Cinnamon Yogurt Bowl — Healthy & Quick

Serves: 1 | Prep: 5 min | Cook: 5 min

Ingredients
1 medium apple, diced (or 1 cup pre-diced)
1 tsp coconut oil or olive oil
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (+ pinch extra)
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free coconut/almond yogurt)
2 tbsp rolled oats (quick oats) or 2 tbsp granola for crunch
1 tbsp chopped walnuts or almonds
1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
1. Warm a small skillet over medium, add oil and apples. Sauté 3–4 minutes until slightly softened. Stir in cinnamon and pinch of salt; cook 30–60 sec more. Remove from heat.
2. Spoon yogurt into a bowl. Top with warm apples, oats (or granola), nuts, and drizzle maple syrup if using.
