**We are all good for another year**
🩷Hancock valve that was placed in 2020 is still working beautifully
🩷Regurgitant Fraction of the truncal valve is at 24% which is considered mild to moderate. The left ventricle is overall handling the regurgitation well and, although somewhat dilated, it isn’t considered a problem at this time
At some point intervention (replacement) will be necessary but at this point we wait.

Our girl looks good overall. Her truncal valve is leaking but isn't causing any issues. We will remain on an every 6 month check up schedule.
She was given this awesome accessory to wear for the next 24 hrs. The doctor just wanted to make sure the right side function is still doing well since the surgery last year

This day last year was a long one full of pre-op appointments at the hospital voted #1 for Cardiology & Heart Surgery! Our view from the doctors office, a nap while waiting on the dr and her pre-surgery dessert

My PTSD is on overdrive today. I was put on hold earlier and it was a sound that reminded me of the machines going off. Crazy how sounds can flood you with memories and take you back to the same feelings from the past.
