Dear all,

Twenty years, after losing my mom, I had a breakdown. I recently found her will and medical power of attorney, with her last wishes regarding her final days. I felt a heaviness in my heart, reflecting back on those 60 days she was in the hospital. I felt a sadness in making those decisions, hoping I honored what she wanted.

I share this because I know so many of you are now facing the challenges of losing someone you love. A mom is certainly a hard one. Just know you may never “get over” the loss but you will learn to manage it. Time will offer you insight into all of those special memories and you will begin to find peace in your heart ❤️

I have had many new likes in the month of December. I know our moms come to our hearts and minds even more during the holidays!
