I usually don’t advertise this but I offer private Paint N Sip Parties🎉. These are fun for family gatherings, employee celebrations, bachelorette parties or just a way to bring a little bit of creative magic to a friends gathering. I bring all the art supplies for up to 17 people💗 I’ve done a few of these in the past and they are always fun! Here are a few examples of watercolors paintings I use for them.

The more I teach, the more I lean into silence. Creating space for students to lean into. Space that is difficult to hold for oneself. I have taught many bad classes. I have spoken many things in class that I wish I could take back, especially in the beginning stages of teaching . But I have also taught many beautiful classes and spoken words that I know landed at the right time in the right place for someone. Leading classes often reminds me of writing poetry or creating a painting. Often the art or the writing goes over the edge into the unknown. But the process of creating all ends in learning and defining one’s craft. Thank you to all of the students who have showed up all
of these years, through the process of learning, the building of my voice and the crafting of my classes. I see you and I appreciate you. I honor the path that you also walk in your own practice and life, the courage it takes to show up to class week after week, the commitment to your own growth and peace. Sending love and deep gratitude to all of you 💗

Having an adventure with the family and don’t have service often! I heard my sub for yoga class was accidentally late last Monday-so sorry to inconvenience anyone who showed up to the studio. I have a sub set up for next Monday and I’ll be back March 5th. Restorative series starts March 6th🤗

Class today at 4:30! If anyone wants to be updated about classes through email please DM me. I am trying to get out offerings to people and have been slacking on the business side of things. I hope to send out an email once a month about classes and retreats. Longer weekend retreat in Maine is in the works for 2026-art and watercolor combo 🤗
