INTRODUCING KIDS INCLUDED YOGA!!!! Starting this Thursday. Space limited to 5 adults and 2 kids person. Cost is $8 per adult, kids included

I have a lot of people who want to come to yoga but have kids at home with no childcare. I have tried several ways to help but bringing your kids seems like the best option!

I will keep the class to 30-40 minutes. This could be a normal quiet class or it could be interrupted by talking, laughing, noisy kids.

Kids can hang out in the other room, play, or color, or be a part of the class.
