We had to make some changes to our schedule.

Tuesday 5:30pm- 6:20pm
Thursday 6am-6:50am
🧘♀️YOGA
Tuesday 9am-10am
Thursday 5:30pm-6:30pm
We also have a few workshops in the books. Rachel’s Iyengar on Monday evenings and Laurie will be joining once a month in place on a Thursday class for a sound bath workshop.
