After nearly 30 years in the fitness industry, and the past 6 years focused primarily on in-home training, I’m excited to share that I’m officially expanding into a fully virtual model.

This means the launch of my online studio, offering:

Live, at-home workouts

Ongoing training programs

Virtual coaching and support designed for real life

I’m already coaching clients online and my in-home clients are transitioning live video coaching. This expanded format allows me to support more women with the same level of expertise, structure, and care, just delivered in a more flexible and accessible way.
