Our booch journey started out as just a fun & delicious hobby which grew into launching our own brewery. We use an ancient tea recipe that’s thousands of years old, and the gut-friendly benefits are as helpful to us now as they were to ancient people. Unlike the store
brands, we don’t pasteurize or add any lab-grown probiotics. The difference in flavor and healing benefits speaks for itself, and that’s why we’ve been popping up refill stations at farmers’ markets all over Wisconsin.
