Exercise is medicine. Movement heals. Training builds resilience.
But too much of ANY good thing becomes harmful.
THE 3 VARIABLES THAT DETERMINE WHETHER YOUR TRAINING IS THERAPEUTIC OR DESTRUCTIVE:
1️⃣ SPEED - Moving too fast with poor mechanics
2️⃣ FATIGUE - Training past the point of form breakdown
3️⃣ LOAD - Adding weight faster than tissue can adapt
Get one wrong = elevated injury risk
Get all three wrong = guaranteed injury
