Eat carbs, lose weight! ‼️WHAT⁉️ I know, I know, that sounds preposterous, but they are really important, for so many reasons. Energy, muscle growth and recovery, mental health, etc.
While yes, some conditions might need to consider lower carb diets (PCOS, diabetes, epilepsy, etc.), the general population might want to think twice about cutting carbs. Check out my latest blog post for more.
