UPDATE 2/17: thanks to an overwhelming number of opposition sign ons, the bills were both pulled from their committee hearings! We will continue to monitor these bills as the session continues, but we’re hopeful that this means they will not pass. Thank you to everyone who signed in Con with us!

A dangerous bill is moving through the Washington Legislature that would weaken industrial stormwater protections, override the Department of Ecology’s authority, and give polluters a free pass to avoid enforcement action for permit violations. If passed, it would put our waters at risk and burden communities that depend on clean water. We need your help to stop it.
