While I’m not saying I know EVERYTHING about hashimotos or thyroid disease, but I am REALLY good at putting together solutions to help people not only understand their disease, but to also have support while they reverse their symptoms.

What I do and what I teach is to help people ask better questions so they know the right thyroid healing plan for THEM! Not a generic plan on the internet but a plan based on their symptoms, body response, triggers, and so much more.

When you couple the right plan with the right support, people jump into the drivers seat of their healing plan. No more waiting 6 months to see their doctor. We have a community where you can ask questions EVERY single day to keep moving forward in your journey.

As someone who’s worked through her own journey with hashimotos and hypothyroidism since 2007, I get his challenging it can be. I understand the overwhelming. And I got that it can be a mental journey as much as a physical one.

That’s why I offer my hashimotos courses and community the way I do. It offers education, meal plans, support, community, and so much more.

When I say that I understand how frustrating hashimotos and thyroid disease is and can feel for you…. I truly understand.

🦋 I understand the weight gain when you’re used to being able to manage it and it piles on out of nowhere
🦋I understand having ZERO energy to do the basic things in your day
🦋 I understand the achy joints, the extreme inflammation, and your joints hurting every single time you move
🦋 I understand feeling bloated no matter WHAT you eat
🦋 i understand the overwhelm of not knowing what to do or how to do it because nothing worked in the past

I may not understand YOUR pain and frustration, but I’ve known mine. And how I got sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. I didn’t want to live that way and I know you don’t either. The great thing is that you don’t have to.

If healing your hashimotos and hypothyroidism is a priority this year, make sure to SAVE these for your checklist.

Healing hashimotos and other thyroid issues comes down to a few key principles:

🌱implementing a the right healing plan for YOU! If you’re not following the right plan for your root cause and what YOU need, you won’t get results. Stop following a generic plan and follow YOUR healing plan.

🌱time. You have to give it time to work. You can’t eat appropriately for a day or a week. It has to be a conscious effort for a period of time.

🌱 consistency. Along the same lines as time, you have to be consistent! You can’t yo yo every single day. Following the RIGHT PLAN (1) for a period of time (2) consistently (3) will add up to the lifestyle plan that you need to see results.

And until you make it a priority to make changes, you won’t. I don’t mean that to sound harsh but you can talk until you’re blue in the face, but until you actually take action and make changes, you’re simply not going to have results. I say that as a person that whined and complained for almost a decade. But once I identified my root cause, implemented the right diet and healing protocols, and made it a lifestyle (over time)…. Then things clicked. I hope that for you in 2024!

I’ve been having SO many conversations about hashimotos and thyroid nutrition, gut health, inflammation , and healing. Especially today when people are ready to get started on their health and wellness journey going into next year!

One of the most frequent things I talk about with people with hashimotos and gut health (nutrition included) and how it can be SO confusing. So I wanted to throw a few of these little tidbits out there!

1️⃣ going gluten free is not enough (most often) for Hashimotos nutrition. More times than not, you will need to follow a gut healing nutrition plan along with temporary gut healing supplements for leaky gut and low stomach acid. This allows your gut to repair itself, re establish a healthy gut micro biome, and therefore creating a healthy system that reacts and inflames much less!

2️⃣ you have to stop undereating. Please and thank you! Under eating keeps your body hungry (aka inflammation) and in fatigue (aka tired). Fuel your body appropriately with the right macros and watch your energy and metabolism go through the roof!

3️⃣ do not over restrict. So many times people go AIP and I do NOT recommend it for most people. It tends to over restrict foods you don’t need to eliminate and it’s mentally taxing for the person. There are better nutrition protocols to follow!
