This page is transparently showing what a late in life (single) mom with an autoimmune does to make life SIMPLE while keeping up with the good things in life.

Now before you come for me…AIP has a purpose.
▪️ It can help reduce inflammation
▪️ It can give your body a break
▪️ It can help you feel better temporarily

But here’s the problem:
▪️It doesn’t actually HEAL anything.

Because AIP doesn’t:
❌ identify your root cause
❌ fix what’s driving your inflammation
❌ address the damage already done in your body

So what happens? You:
→ cut foods
→ feel a little better
→ stay stuck in restriction
→ and never actually move forward

And let’s be honest…
▪️no one wants to eat like that forever

That’s not healing. That’s managing.
What actually changed everything for me was this:

▪️I stopped focusing on what to REMOVE
▪️and started focusing on what my body needed to HEAL

Based on:
✔ my root cause
✔ my inflammation
✔ and the specific damage in my body

That’s how I lost 100 lbs.
That’s how I got into remission.

And that’s why…
▪️ I don’t eat strict AIP anymore
▪️ I’m not fully gluten-free or dairy-free
▪️ and I have flexibility without symptoms

Because the goal isn’t restriction.

▪️It’s healing… and then building a sustainable lifestyle

If you’re stuck doing “everything right” and not seeing results… It’s probably not because you need to try harder.
▪️ It’s because you don’t have the right strategy.

I say that with a lot of love.
▪️Not to scare you.
▪️Not to pressure you.

But because I see what happens when people wait.

Hashimotos is progressive! That means it only gets worse! The longer inflammation is left unaddressed…
→ the more damage is done
→ the more systems become affected
→ and the harder (and longer) it takes to reverse

And most people aren’t doing “nothing” on purpose.

They’re:
→ overwhelmed
→ unsure what to do
→ or trying things that aren’t actually working

So they stay stuck. And I want to be really clear about something:

▫️I’m not saying you need to figure this all out overnight
▫️or go spend $10k working with a specialist

But doing something matters.

And more importantly… doing the right thing next matters

Because with Hashimoto’s, guessing can cost you time.

And time is what makes this harder.You don’t need a perfect plan today. But you do need:

The one thing I stopped?
Chasing tips.

I stopped:
→ trying random supplements
→ jumping from protocol to protocol
→ following advice that “worked for someone else”

Because none of that was actually helping me heal.

What finally changed everything was this:

Read before you come at me!

Here’s the truth most won’t say out loud:
📍 Supplements don’t heal Hashimoto’s.
They support healing - when you choose the right ones for your body and pair them with the right protocol.

Without a custom plan, you’re just throwing money at capsules hoping something sticks… and wondering why you still feel like garbage. And most don’t know you’re too inflamed to even absorb them 🙈 most companies will use it as a money grab and I am NOT here to let you flush money down the toilet.

✨ I’m not anti-supplement - I’m anti-random supplements. That’s why in my healing protocols, we only use targeted support based on your root cause and inflammation damage. No more guessing.

But YES - you do need foundational vitamins + minerals daily (especially selenium, magnesium, zinc, and B vitamins). I personally use one super supplement that helps me cover those bases without juggling 8 bottles.

It has nothing to do with:
• a walking pad or RLT mask
• or that I’m special - because I’m not

And if you’ve followed my journey at all, you know… I spent 10+ years doing things that didn’t work.

So what actually changed? How did I lose 100 lbs?!

🟰 My understanding of Hashimoto’s.

Hashimoto’s is an autoimmune condition where your body is responding to inflammation from an immune attack on your thyroid (and eventually other tissues).

There’s no medication for that.

Which means healing doesn’t come from:

❌ random supplements
❌ cutting out a few foods
❌ or doing what works for someone else

It comes from:

👍🏻 understanding your root cause
👍🏻 and healing the specific damage that inflammation has created in YOUR body

Because this isn’t random.

You don’t heal a broken bone the same way you heal a gut issue.

And Hashimoto’s is no different.

So instead of:

→ taking a million supplements
→ under eating
→ and guessing my way through it

I started healing based on:

✔ my root cause
✔ my inflammation
✔ and what my body actually needed

That’s when everything changed.

→ I lost 100 lbs
→ I stopped struggling with fertility
→ I got off thyroid medication
→ and I got my life back
