I know that some people are overwhelmed with all the things so let me break this down into steps and micro steps that might help you even more!
Hi! I’m Sarah and I was diagnosed with hashimotos in 2007. I’m currently in remission and not on thyroid meds since healing my root cause inflammation.
1- the first thing I did was adjust my food to an anti inflammatory plan that was for temporary use. I knew I needed to stop the gas, bloating, fatigue, and weight gain so I slowly change my nutrition over time! I changed one meal at a time so I wasn’t overwhelmed and I didn’t quit when I had one bad day.
2-I ordered a functional test called a GI map so I knew exactly what was disrupted and what I needed to do to heal. It allows you to not get and know exactly what the issue is.
3- I put a plan in place to heal. It’s supplements, nutrition, and lifestyle so that I was healing mind and body, without doing things I didn’t know were actually terrible for me (like cardio).
If you’re someone that needs a gut guide or a way to snag that functional test, comment GUT and I’ll send it your way. I can also answer any questions about total healing as well.
