Now before you come for me…AIP has a purpose.
▪️ It can help reduce inflammation
▪️ It can give your body a break
▪️ It can help you feel better temporarily
But here’s the problem:
▪️It doesn’t actually HEAL anything.
Because AIP doesn’t:
❌ identify your root cause
❌ fix what’s driving your inflammation
❌ address the damage already done in your body
So what happens? You:
→ cut foods
→ feel a little better
→ stay stuck in restriction
→ and never actually move forward
And let’s be honest…
▪️no one wants to eat like that forever
That’s not healing. That’s managing.
What actually changed everything for me was this:
▪️I stopped focusing on what to REMOVE
▪️and started focusing on what my body needed to HEAL
Based on:
✔ my root cause
✔ my inflammation
✔ and the specific damage in my body
That’s how I lost 100 lbs.
That’s how I got into remission.
And that’s why…
▪️ I don’t eat strict AIP anymore
▪️ I’m not fully gluten-free or dairy-free
▪️ and I have flexibility without symptoms
Because the goal isn’t restriction.
▪️It’s healing… and then building a sustainable lifestyle
If you’re stuck doing “everything right” and not seeing results… It’s probably not because you need to try harder.
▪️ It’s because you don’t have the right strategy.
