Today was a REALLY good day ✨
One of those big milestones I’ve been working toward finally happened and I’m so excited I can hardly contain it.

Don’t miss out! Introduction to Craniosacral Therapy, March 6-7, in Coeur d’Alene is filling up fast!

go to the link in my bio to sign up now!

The work that I teach in this class has helped so many of my clients to regulate themselves, emotionally, regulate their autonomics, and find hope that their health can keep improving.

I have to say, learning this type of work is what has kept me going in manual therapy for 20+ years. It keeps me curious, keeps me involved in learning, and astounds me every time I see profound change in the bodies and spirits of the clients that I work on.

If you are at all curious about this class, and if you have questions for me, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me personally. I love talking about this stuff and sharing its gems with as many people as possible.

I will see you in class!

💆🏼‍♀️ 💆🏼‍♂️ Hey bodywork geeks! Have you seen my line-up of classes for the first few months of 2026?

Go to the link 🔗 in my bio to sign up for any and all of these offerings coming up from January through May! 🗓️

✏️ I’m excited for a couple of new classes, and extended learning from some that I’ve taught before.

💀 The class is particularly important for therapists who have a lot of clients who have suffered or other injuries that affect their neck and head.

💀 The Craniosacral Therapy introduction an the 🩸 Lymphatic and Venous Drainage classes are usually the most popular of my classes, and I’m going to bring it this year with some improvements to those classes, as well as a gorgeous space to teach them in.

🥂 Here’s to leaving the past behind and stretching forward to what lies ahead in our careers and our lives, growing in relationships and personal and professional skills to meet the challenges of the world we live in, and to helping our clients to thrive despite whatever challenges they are experiencing now.

3 cancellations in two days? Maybe I just need a break 😂 but I just got to go to the Oregon coast for the long weekend, so I don’t think that’s it this time.

Let me know if you would like to take one of these spots. This doesn’t happen very often…

Freeing the Neck- 24 CEs- Spokane- Jan 15-17, 2026

Join me for this 3 day class, where you will get lots of one-on-one help, learn a lot about the anatomy of the neck and how it relates to the rest of the body, and leave class with many techniques you can use the very next day in your office. Your clients will thank you!

Past students have thanked me for giving a lot of information and helping them to digest it and get it into their hands so they don’t feel like they wasted their CE budget just getting the required hours. I take time to help you to understand and feel exactly why you’re working on, so you can be confident putting this work into your routine, and using the techniques effectively, right out of the gate.

We started in a little room…

I’m so grateful that each time I teach a class I get a perfect group of students. Everyone shows up so eager to learn, with an open mind and an open heart.

Having these classes at my house is so relaxing and nurturing for everyone, including me!

I decided to slow down this class and take time to let them practice a little more (no fire hose this time! 🔥)

I can’t wait for the stories to come in as this way to work makes it into the practices of the talented humans who took this class. I love hearing about the interesting presentations of clients that get results with the work I love passing on.

Very little that I teach is something I came up with on my own. I have been blessed to be able to learn from some brilliant teachers, some for a short period, others for a longer time. Thank you to all who have participated in my learning, and all who will in the future.

Teaching is so inspiring to me because even while teaching I am learning from others.

Today we had a chat in class about how we are standing on the shoulders of those who taught us, and how what we do touches the souls of the people we touch, and the people that those souls interact with in their lives as well, and that makes us all feel good, to be a force for good in the lives of many people.

My next class is in January, and I will miss my little classroom until then.

Reach out if you would like to come to a small, intimate class of comrades who share so much of themselves in class.

Three-day intensive, 3 talented, open, beautiful women to share it with.

Thank you Ashley, Becki and Ethel for staying engaged and sharing so much of yourselves during this class. Truly a delight to be with women with such a strong desire to help others, and such determination to keep learning and honing skills to meet our communities’ needs.

What an honor for me!

Don’t miss this opportunity to spend three full days geeking out with me about the diaphragm, the ribs, and all the stuff in the middle.

We will see how the diaphragm formed from many different tissues and why it’s connected to the entire body — that’s why it’s so important for it to be able to move freely.

And newsflash: it turns out it’s not just about the diaphragm. There are many other things we need to address and be aware of as we are trying to help our clients to breathe more fully!

Hint: it’s not the muscles… But if you’ve been watching my content, you already know that anyway 😂

did you know that if you have taken this class for me before I give a big discount for repeating it? I love that practice because it’s important to me that people learn how to integrate this work into their practice and repeating a class you can learn so much more !

These are the typical classes where you’re lucky if you take one thing away from it. You will get a wealth of information and it could take months to get bored with practicing all the different techniques I’m going to give you.

i’ll see you there!

🫖 the diaphragm is the biggest gossip in the body! When something’s wrong, leave it to the diaphragm to let everyone in my class next week, we will spend some time digging into the embryology of the diaphragm to see why this is the case, and why it has such an effect on the shoulder, the heart, the abdomen, your state of mind and so many other things. I hope you will take the time to come learn with me for three straight days in my home studio where we will get hands-on and brains on and you will get a lot of personal attention because this is going to be a limited size class.

Go to the link in my bio to get more information and sign up! I will see you there October 13–15 here in .

💃🏼 🕺🏼 did you know that the diaphragm and the psoas are dance partners? They like to move it move it move it!

and if they can’t move, they aren’t happy,. And if they ain’t happy, nobody’s happy!

if they can’t move relative to each other, it will affect your posture, your gate, even your blood pressure and stress levels.

be part of a small learning group next week, October 13–15 in my home studio, where I am limiting the class to six people. We will explore the relationship between the diaphragm and the so as and see how to free them up. This isn’t the only thing we will study, of course! There is so much more to learn about the rib cage . We will even talk a little embryology because the diaphragm is connected to everything in the body and it is so important to understand these connections.

I hope you will join me! You won’t be disappointed. This class is going to be Worth. Every. Penny.
