💡 The longer I teach, the more I come back to these three things.

This work isn’t just about technique—it’s about awareness, curiosity, and sustainability.

And the piece I don’t see talked about enough?

Practitioners need space to process, too. ❤️

That’s something I’m intentionally building into my program… and I’m really excited about it.

If you’re someone who wants to keep growing (without burning out), you’re in the right place 💛

I don’t recommend massage and bodywork school for everyone.

And I mean that honestly.

If you are looking for something quick, easy, or just a way to “get certified,” this probably isn’t the right path.

If you don’t enjoy working with people, being present, or paying attention to subtle details - this work can feel frustrating.

If you are not willing to keep learning, practicing, and refining your skills overtime, it’s hard to build something sustainable or enjoyable.

This field asks a lot of you!

It asks you to slow down.
To listen - not just with your ears, but with your hands.
To think critically instead of following routines.
To care about doing the work well, not just getting through it.

But for the right person?

You get to help people feel better in their bodies.
You build real relationships.
You create work that actually matters.

As we continue enrolling for our first Massage and Bodywork cohort, this is exactly what we are looking for - not just anyone, but the right people.

People who feel drawn to this work in a deeper way.

If that’s you, you’ll know.

And if you’re curious, you’re always welcome to reach out and start the conversation 🤍

A little behind the scenes on our first cohort 🤍

We’ve had 3 students officially enrolled, which leaves 9 spots remaining!

What’s the most noticeable so far isn’t just the numbers - it’s the quality of people coming through. Thoughtful, grounded, genuinely curious humans who want to do this work well!

This program tends to resonate with a specific kind of person.

Someone who doesn’t just want to “learn massage,” but wants to understand what they’re feeling under their hands.

Someone who values slowing down, paying attention, and working with the body - not forcing it.

Someone who cares about building something sustainable, not just getting through school.

Because of that, we are being very intentional with who fills the remaining spots!

This is a small group by design so the training can stay, hands-on, focused, and personal.

If you’ve been quietly considering this path, this might be your moment to explore it!

Once the remaining 9 spots are filled, will be closing enrollment!

Feel free to reach out or DM “SCHOOL” if you want more information 💫

Something really exciting is happening behind the scenes! 🤍

I’ve started interviewing students for the first cohort of our new Massage and Bodywork program, and I’ve been blown away by the people applying!

They’re thoughtful, motivated individuals who genuinely want to help people and build sustainable careers doing meaningful hands-on work.

This program was intentionally designed to be small and focused. Our first class will have just 12 students, which allows for deeper mentorship, more hands-on practice, and a learning environment where students are truly supported as they developed their skills and confidence.

Watching the first group of future therapists come together is incredibly exciting!

If you know, someone who has been thinking about becoming a bodyworker, or exploring Massage and Bodywork as a career, feel free to send them my way. I’d love to connect with them! 💫

Getting to Know Tina 🤍

Who is Tina Heyer?

First and foremost - she’s a teacher at heart.

With over 20 years of hands-on practice and 15 years of teaching experience, Tina has a deep love for helping students truly understand the body - not just memorize it. She lives for the lightbulb moments, the shifts in confidence, and the instant a student begins to trust what they feel with their own hands!

This program was born when teaching found its way back to her! What followed was a curriculum shaped by decades of clinical experience, continuing education, and a desire to train therapists who think critically, work intuitively, and care deeply!

Nicknamed “Giggles” as a child, Tina still believes laughter belongs in the classroom. She values curiosity, rigor, presence, and compassion - and believes all of them can coexist!

Outside of teaching and bodywork, you’ll find her loving on her amazing son, spending time with family, nurturing her faith, tending to bees and plants, sailing, and always learning something new!

Tina is equal parts depth and lightness - science and intuition - structure and heart 🤍

And if you spend time in her classroom, you’ll feel that right away! 💫

We’re building a school rooted in the kind of training this profession truly deserves 🤍

Not just a place to learn techniques -
But a place to learn how to think, how to listen, and how to truly care for the body in front of you!

This school is being built with intention - from the curriculum to the classroom.

Intention in:

✨ How anatomy is taught (so you understand, not memorize)

✨ How clinical reasoning is developed (so you can adapt, not repeat routines)

✨ How nervous system education is integrated (so you treat the whole person)

✨ How mentorship and feedback are offered (so you grow with confidence)

Because the way you’re trained shapes the kind of therapist you become!

If you’re trained to follow scripts, you’ll work from scripts.
If you’re trained to assess, listen, and think critically - you’ll practice with clarity and purpose.

We believe compassionate touch is a clinical skill.
We believe integrative bodywork is the future.
We believe education should feel supportive, rigorous, and deeply human all at once.

We’re not just building a program.
We’re cultivating thoughtful, grounded, adaptable therapists who understand both science and presence.

And that begins with intention! 💫

Do you hesitate to take more than a one day class?

⭐️ maybe you’re afraid that it will be too much information for you to be able to assimilate it all.

⭐️ maybe the cost is prohibitive to you.

Maybe it’s tough to schedule more than one day in class.

💡 I promise you, though, that if you take two today, three day, and even four day classes, your hands will get exponentially better at feeling, perceiving, and then also your mind and heart, knowing what to do with the information that comes into your body.

Give it a try! And let me know what you think of this post in the comments! I’d love to get your thoughts on this.
