For July’s meeting we welcome special guest Carrie Young, CNM.

Carrie is a private midwife at Evensong Wellness, cesarean & VBAC mom, and former staff midwife at Western Wisconsin Health in Baldwin. In addition to full scope midwifery, Carrie has a rich background in massage, and offers holistic abdominal therapy to treat a variety of pelvic symptoms. She will lead us through the benefits of castor oil packs for cesarean healing, including how to make and use them at home.

Whether you’ve just been cleared, or are several years out from your c-section, come learn a new tool to connect with your scar, reduce adhesions and nourish yourself.

Thank you so much Mothers' Milk Bank of the Western Great Lakes! 🥲 I wish I knew about this service when I had my first two littles. There’s a lot of babies out there who could some mother’s milk. Whenever I would pump for the milk bank, I would always whisper to the milk, ‘Grow baby. Grow.’ ❤️
