Reading things like this can sometimes feel bad-

I WAS spoken to like that and I didn’t realize that it had a role in my birth confidence, even if their words didn’t “change your mind” it still can have an impact on you and that is heavy.

People and providers should be aware of the impact of their words, body language, tone, etc.. it’s not all intentional but it is all impactful

In this group, we often discuss the physical challenges of pregnancy, unwanted or unplanned pregnancies, anxiety about childbirth or postpartum, and complicated emotions around pregnancy. Our online group helps you connect with others, talk about your experience, and learn about helpful tools and resources. This group is for pregnant people only.
