Dr. Malhotra is alright by me, she seems to have a genuine concern for people’s best interests but if she isn’t there, reschedule. DO NOT go see her “backup”. It’s a waste of time and money. I had to pay the full price ($150) for the visit without the benefit of actually seeing the doctor and to be treated pretty rudely by whoever was covering for her in jean shorts, a tee shirt and freaking flip flops. Unprofessional. My point of going here is to get treatment...not just get prescriptions for a fee. That’s the thing that got me in this predicament in the first place. Sure, I could have rescheduled when the dr. came back from vacation but I didn’t have enough meds to last until then so that won’t work and they couldn’t even call in enough meds just to last through the weekend. All in all, Dr. (Malhotra) has been good to me and the staff up front is cool as well but it was a rotten situation to have to pay full price just to get my blood pressure taken and have a refill called in although it may take up to 24 hours for them to get it approved by the doctor while she’s out of the country. Their “if you don’t like it you can leave” attitude lacked understanding and compassion. Not happy with them today.
